You can't control your own air-conditioning
The staff was always helpful. They're used to speak in English, so it wasn't an issue. It has all the basics into the room. Basic amenities.
Among all the hotels that I've been sleeping into, this was by far the most expensive comparing room available space, and available facilities to use. I'm not used to complain about space in Tokyo's rooms, but sadly we barely could go in and out of our room with full baggage, so you need a lot of patience, which is difficult if you're in your trip's last days. We lacked a common space to eat food bought outside the hotel as well. They have a restaurant but of course, you can't use that dining room if you didn't buy anything there. The air-conditioning was the worst because it's temperature control is 'centralized' and omg... We had bad sleeping nights since the room's temperature was always high! It was awful.

No escalated or lift in the front door . It’s hard to bring our heavy luggage up.

The best APA Hotel I have visited so far. But consider their room size seriously before booking.
The breakfast, which I like most. Very typical Japanese breakfast. You do not encounter such typical Japanese breakfast from hotel in Kansai.
The size of room. If you are a tall person, maybe do not exceed a week to stay there.
